What am I getting?
Your own customised business AI assistant, designed, installed and supported by Turnkey AI. It learns the business information you provide, works through a familiar channel and connects to systems you approve. Your team can ask questions, find information and prepare work in plain English.
How much does it cost?
A$1,500 + GST setup, then A$300 + GST per month. Setup includes an agreed Mac mini, business configuration, two initial workflows and team onboarding. The monthly service covers maintenance and support within the agreed scope. First-year service fees are A$5,100 + GST (A$5,610 including GST). AI subscriptions, API usage and other third-party charges are additional and paid by you. Your service term and support allowance are confirmed in your written proposal before you sign up.
Does this replace my team?
Your people understand your customers and your business. The assistant helps with repetitive administration, searching, paperwork, reporting and follow-up, so they can spend more time on customers, operations and work that earns. Your team stays in control.
Can it connect to Xero and our other systems?
Yes, where the required access is supported. We map your actual systems first, then agree the connections and permissions. That might include Xero, email, files, CRM or job-management software. Reading records and changing records are separately scoped, and financial or external actions require the agreed human approval.
What does ongoing support include?
Maintenance of your agreed configuration, connection checks, support and minor changes within the allowance in your proposal. New systems, substantial workflows and custom software are quoted separately. The monthly service does not include unlimited development or AI usage.
How long does setup take?
We aim for an initial setup in around seven business days after the scope, access and hardware are ready. Your proposal confirms the delivery plan. Complex integrations or delayed access can take longer.
Which AI subscription do I need?
We confirm the appropriate AI provider and billing route for your workflows before onboarding. You pay the provider directly for the subscription and any API usage required. Owning a Mac mini does not remove those costs; approved information may be processed by connected cloud services.
How do we get started?
